Welcome to Iora. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Iora mobile application provided by Asariko ("we", "our", or "us").

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to use Iora. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Iora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Use of the App

Iora is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you keep track of your own subscriptions and their renewal dates. You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except where permitted by law
• attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law
• use the app in a way that interferes with its normal operation or security

App Disclaimer

Iora is designed to help you organize and estimate subscription renewal dates, free trial end dates, and spending totals, based entirely on the information you enter. We do not verify this information against the actual service providers, and renewal dates, prices, or trial terms may change on the provider's side without notice. You should not rely on Iora as your sole method of tracking or cancelling a subscription, and you remain responsible for confirming renewal and billing details directly with each service provider.

Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Iora displays the names, logos, and brand marks of third-party services (such as streaming, music, or software subscriptions) solely to help you identify your own tracked subscriptions. These names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Their use within Iora does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those companies, and Iora is not affiliated with any service provider referenced or displayed in the app.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Iora is free to use for tracking up to 5 subscriptions. Unlocking unlimited tracking requires a paid purchase or subscription. If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, such as RevenueCat, to manage entitlement status and purchase access across platforms. Prices, the free tracking limit, and premium features may change over time.

Intellectual Property

Iora, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related content (excluding third-party names and marks referenced above), is owned by Asariko or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, branding, or app content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Iora at any time, with or without notice. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Iora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• renewal reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time, or at all
• the app will meet all of your expectations or needs

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asariko and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Iora. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, a missed cancellation or renewal, an unwanted charge from a third-party service, or any financial decision made in reliance on renewal-date reminders, notifications, or spending totals shown in the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if required by law, to protect users, or if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Iora after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws where Asariko operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
